Detailed information on data processing and sending of commercial communications

Responsible for the treatment: The responsible for the treatment of the data collected through the form is LIGHTINGSPAIN, S.L. Legal basis and purposes of the treatment: Based on the consent given when filling out and sending the form requesting our newsletter, the personal data will be treated to attend the request of the interested person and to subscribe him/her to our service of sending newsletters, bulletins, news and commercial communications of Lightingspain products and services through the e-mail address indicated by the interested person as well as the creation of a direct access to the application so that the interested person can change his/her preferences, update his/her data and unsubscribe.

Based on the fulfilment of legal obligations and the legitimate interest of LIGHTINGSPAIN to guarantee a correct anti-spam policy, the personal data of the user will be processed by LIGHTINGSPAIN to stop the sending of newsletters, bulletins and commercial communications of Lightingspain's products and services to the users who revoke their consent or express their opposition to receive them, as well as to inform them about the existing advertising exclusion systems in the market.

Recipients of the data: On the legal basis of compliance with legal obligations, personal data will be processed and may be communicated to the Public Administrations with competence in the matter.

Third parties in charge of the processing may have access to the data on behalf of Lightingspain for the provision of services, following their instructions and with the security and confidentiality measures.

International data transfers: The personal data of the person concerned are transferred internationally to The Rocket Science Group, LLC, a company adhering to the Privacy Shield Agreement, which will process them for the provision of the accommodation service and the sending of communications under the protection of the appropriate guarantees constituted by the formalisation of a contract for the commissioning of processing in accordance with the provisions of the RGPD.

Data conservation period: Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they are collected and for the periods established in the regulations in force for the fulfilment of legal obligations and responsibilities. Rights: The person concerned may exercise his/her rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation to processing and portability and not be subject to a decision based solely on the processing of his/her personal data, by sending his/her request to Lightingspain.
