    INVOICE INFORMATION


    The company generates invoices in electronic format provided you authorize it at the final moment of purchase. If you haven't checked the box authorizing the emission of electronic invoices, we will provide you with a paper invoice along with the shipment of the order, as this is the default format.

    If you haven't authorized electronic invoicing but are interested in receiving it in this format, you can request it later through your user area if you're a subscriber to any of our company's products or services, or by writing to the email address provided in these conditions.

    The invoice will be issued in the name of the natural or legal person placing the order, so you must ensure that the correct and complete buyer's information is provided.

    SHIPPING POLICY


    Delivery Time

    The delivery time depends on the product being acquired. Not all products are in stock, as some are made to order. In any case, we will indicate the estimated delivery time on the product page before you begin the purchase process. If, for any reason, the order cannot be delivered, we will notify you as soon as possible.

    It's important to note that all mentioned deadlines are in business days and are subject to payment confirmation according to the selected method. In case of any delay in delivery, we commit to in-forming you without delay.

    We inform you that product deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, national, regional, or local holidays.

    Delivery Location

    LIGHTINGSPAIN undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by you, which must be within Spain (including the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), as well as in the rest of Europe and abroad. To optimize the delivery process, the provided address must be one where delivery can be made during normal business hours.

    LIGHTINGSPAIN assumes no responsibility when the product delivery cannot be made due to false, inaccurate, or incomplete data provided by the user, or when delivery cannot be made due to reasons beyond the shipping company, such as the absence of the recipient.     Transfer of Risk and Ownership

    Delivery Issues

    If the damages are not visible with the box closed, but upon opening the package, its content is da-maged, notify us within a maximum period of 24-48 hours from the receipt of the product, sending us appreciable photos of the damages so that we can manage the claim with the carrier.

    We inform you that, sometimes, transport companies have their own conditions and may exclude furniture delivery in homes without an elevator or in conditions that excessively hinder delivery. If you live in a home with these characteristics, please inform us in advance so that we can coordina-te with the transport company and find the best possible solution.

    Sale Without Installation and Liability

    In the context of transactions carried out by LIGHTINGSPAIN, it is unequivocally stated that the lighting products marketed by this company are offered exclusively as individual units, without any type of installation service or assistance associated. Consequently, LIGHTINGSPAIN exempts itself from any liability arising from damages, losses, or any other costs that may arise from the installation of products purchased through its commercial channels.

    LIGHTINGSPAIN assumes no responsibility for expenses related to installation, uninstallation, or any other expense or charge related to the assembly of the products sold. It is noted that, in accor-dance with applicable regulations, the costs and obligations arising from such installation services remain the sole responsibility of the buyer or third parties contracted for this purpose.


    RETURN POLICY


    Right of Withdrawal

    Products not covered by the exceptions of art. 103

    As an individual, you have a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the product to return it.

    Shipping costs associated with the return will be covered by LIGHTINGSPAIN as long as the amount exceeds €60 for Spain and Portugal, and €100 for the Balearic Islands.

    For other countries, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, Re-turns are not free of charge; the customer assumes the cost of return transport. LIGH-TINGSPAIN facilitates the transport management, but passes the cost on to the customer. This cost is deducted from the amount of the return.

    The right of withdrawal will not apply in the following cases, as well as in the other exceptions provi-ded for in article 103 of Law 3/2014:

    Products made according to the buyer's specifications cannot be returned. If they have any manu-facturing defects, they will be repaired or exchanged, depending on the type of issue, but this will not be grounds for return.

    How to proceed with a product return?

    2. You may choose to return the product yourself, however, for your convenience, "LIGHTINGSPAIN" offers the option of collecting the product by indicating the company respon-sible for it. The pickup time will depend on the carrier and always on business days.

    3. If the amount reaches €60, we will manage the shipping costs (valid for Spain and Portugal). In the case of the Balearic Islands, if it exceeds €100, we will manage the shipping costs. For other countries, you will be responsible for the return costs, and under no circumstances will we accept returns sent carriage forward.

    Once we have verified that the products you return meet all the specifications of the Returns Poli-cy, we will send you an email informing you that the return has been accepted.

    Regardless of the payment method used by you, the refund will be processed as soon as possible but always within 14 days following the receipt of the product in our warehouses. In the case of ha-ving made the payment by bank transfer, to make the refund, you must attach a bank account number where we can make the deposit.


    LEGAL WARRANTY


    The User may exercise the legal warranty of THREE YEARS for products or services in accordan-ce with current regulations on consumer product warranties, as established in Royal Legislative De-cree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. In addition, LIGHTINGSPAIN undertakes to maintain the availability of repair parts and adequate technical service for a period of 10 years from the date the product ceases to be manufactured.
