About Wire pendant light by Milan; linear acoustic lamp in 3 colors, magnetic shade, adjustable height
This linear pendant light stands out for its innovative acoustic design, which plays with the relationship between the metal shade and the glossy opal blown glass globes. The three globes slide slightly over the fabric-covered shade, as each incorporates an internal neodymium spherical magnet that creates a subtle, precise magnetic field, allowing gentle movement while holding them securely in place.
The 140 cm linear shade is made of stamped steel and is available in three finishes: mink (beige), charcoal grey, and copper. Its interior features 1.75 mm thick light grey polyester felt with fire protection (class A) and acoustic absorption properties (class E, aW 0.15). This material not only protects the lacquer and glass but also helps improve the acoustic comfort of the space.
The glossy opal blown glass globes are attached using injection-molded polycarbonate supports, ensuring stability and a high-quality finish.
The fixture includes a 1.6 m long bipolar electrical cable and 1.3 m stainless steel cables for support, offering adjustable height to suit different configurations. It comes with a stamped steel ceiling canopy and a zamak-injected sub-base for solid, secure installation.
Requires three G9 bulbs (not included).
