WHAT IS LIGHTINGSPAIN?
Lightingspain.com is a project by FEDAI (Spanish Federation of Associations of Manufacturers and Exporters of Decorative Lighting Fixtures). This means that whole range of lamps on offer comes from partners and associates of FEDAI.

HOW TO BUY THROUGH LIGHTINGSPAIN.COM?
We are a 100% online store. To purchase any of the products we offer simply add them to your cart, fill in the information regarding your name and shipping address and then finalise the purchase. The shipping costs are automatically calculated upon entering your address. For each country there is a set minimum purchase for free shipping. Find your destination on the list here.
If you happen to have any problems during the purchase process, or maybe any connection problems, you can call us on +34 96 301 86 86. It is also possible to place an order by telephone.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Each individual lamp has a different manufacturing time ranging from one to five weeks. This will be indicated on the product information sheet. We do not act as a warehouse, but we are a union of the finest Spanish companies in the sector and we offer a personalised and direct service between manufacturer and customer. Once the shipment leaves, it takes between 24 and 48 hours to any destination within mainland Spain, and 48 to 72 hours to the Balearic Islands. In your customer account you can track your order once it leaves. You will be provided with a tracking number that you can use to follow your order on the website of the shipping company.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
Upon finalizing and organising payment for your order, you can select between:
• Card Payment
Visa, Mastercard and American Express are all accepted.
• Payment through Paypal
• Payment by Bank Transfer. If you coose this method, please note that preparation of order will begin as soon as payment is received.
The payment is 100% secure, and our entire website is protected by an SSL security certificate.
I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE, HOW CAN I USE IT?
Within the page of the shopping cart, before finalising your order there is a section offering the availability to ‘Enter your coupon here’. Once you both enter and apply your code it will be immediately activated.
CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?
In the 14 days following the receipt of your order you have the option to return it. In all cases of returning an order, the item must be in perfect condition and still be in its original packaging. You can request a refund either through your customer account or by writing to <a href="mailto:email@example.com">firstname.lastname@example.org</a> and indicating your order number, name, address and reasons for returning.
